ORIGINAL ARTICLE: MESA — The Mesa Police Department is asking for the local public’s assistance in locating missing 8 year old Leilani Miller out of the Mesa, Arizona area.

Leilani was last seen walking away from Hawthorne Elementary School, near  University and Stapley drives, September 29, 2017 around 2:40 p.m.

Leilani was last seen wearing a navy-blue dress with a pink emblem near the shoulder, and a brown backpack.

Leilani is described as:

• GENDER: Female.
• HAIR: Blonde.
• EYES: Her left eye is green and the right is blue.
• HEIGHT: 3 Feet 8 Inches.
• WEIGHT: 80 Pounds.
